Pattern Analysis in Bioinformatics, Web and Intelligent Systems

This research group is based in the Engineering Mathematics and Computer Science Departments of the University of Bristol, and focuses on all statistical and algorithmic aspects of automatic pattern analysis, and its applications to computational genomics, computational linguistics, web mining, and intelligent systems design.
